★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃到一半才記得拍照，份量其實會更多一些。臭豆腐的外皮極酥脆，內裡的豆腐極綿密，算是兩個極端對比，吃起來口感超級驚艷，是我第一次吃到的口感。灑胡椒粉單吃就非常好吃，建議醬汁沾一點點用來解膩就好，別沾太多才能維持表皮酥脆的口感，泡菜微微酸甜很清爽，這間算是目前臭豆腐在我心中排名的第一。

醃製的也是剛剛好連湯汁都能喝乾的那種
油更是清澈 它們家的優點是！素食者可食用
葷者是額外給蒜頭而已 ！
缺點有時候人很多就是要耐心等候了
