收到人員誠意的致歉及經理的問候小禮物(雖然我還沒收到)但我還是馬上來改個評價 我遇到的問題主要就是 1.客服回覆慢~部門還不同,網路訂水跟line訂水是分開的 2.水瓶送到沒通知 師傅擅自放在門外 收據丟信箱 造成我出入困擾 感覺很差 空瓶也沒來得及回收 3.委婉告知困擾也不會速速致歉公關處理不佳@@只有說會再叫師傅打電話通知。 4.說明不清(其實就是沒啥服務態度跟精神) 一次訂大量的水的話 並不會全部送來 會先問說要送幾桶水來 有需要再續 但這一塊沒有細說要怎麼與人員告知? 要自己打電話還是傳賴給客服就好? 都沒有講~ 也沒有紀錄可以看、不能查說自己已經叫幾罐了 還剩下多少扣打等等的 客服人員聽到我要叫水一定以為我要訂水 但重點是我已經付錢了~~~~我要請你們再送而已~~~~~~~~ 反正這一塊我覺得可以做個系統或說明吧 不然人員跟客人都好困擾ㄛ
