速度非常慢 建議比預期時間多留一個小時緩衝 分工不明 接待人員有很多不知道的需要問內部人員 叫號系統有問題 行員有時候還會自己閒聊起來 明明需要花時間的開戶卻只有一個櫃檯 感覺不是一個具知名度的銀行應有的處理效率

保全先生的態度真的很差⋯⋯ 有時候就是不知道現在狀況才提問,但是都要被半酸半嗆的,好像我們有眼睛不會看一樣。 或是真的事情有需要協助處理,提出來的時候,他也不講清楚是可以還是不可以。 就是口氣很差的一直叫人家說得鉅細靡遺,也不解釋他可以協助還是不可以。 我在附近上班的,很常有業務往來,每次在門口如果遇到被他說這些,都差點想轉頭就走…. 也不需要用什麼「他人很好,只是講話比較直或是個性比較直」這種話來解釋,今天誰沒有自己的個性!在機構的門面,與外人應對,就應該要至少和善不讓人感覺難受吧? 沒有要求什麼服務品質,也不是奧客 但至少作為客人我不想被嗆…
