この製麺所は開放的なつくりになってますので、一般の方も容易に見学できるのが嬉しいところです。麺を切ったり干したりしているのが道側から覗けます。
伝統的な製法で、老舗の威厳も感じます。
「門市」と書いてあるのが販売所のことで、つまりは直売コーナーがあります。おばさんとミニチュアダックス看板犬ブーディがいます。ブーディは女性が好きらしく、私が麺を買うとき足もとにすりすりしてきました?
意麵というちぢれ麺が一番の売れ筋で、1200gのひと袋が100元でした。
他にも細麺や刀削麺、野菜を練りこんだ麺などたくさんの種類の麺がありますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃了那麼久的關廟麵終於來到關廟看到曬麵場，畢竟吃過豬肉也要看過豬走路啊~。曬麵真的是關廟很有特色的景色，一字排開的麵也是很壯觀的。可惜我騎車環島沒辦法買回去吃，據說現場買的真的有比較好吃，有路過的朋友別忘了帶幾包回去。
