★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在阿貓阿狗都可以當店員是不是，昨天點餐時，明明點了鍋貼，而且餐盒上明確勾了鍋貼，店員自己記成了水餃並做錯餐點，要求更換時店員卻死不認錯，明明只要說明做錯餐點並換上正確餐點就可以解決問題，你卻硬要爭論是我們記錯，請問爭論贏了你得到了什麼？得到了一個永遠不會回頭的客人？亦或是證明你那三分鐘記憶的腦袋？做錯事並不可恥，可恥的是你那死不認錯的態度
附上交易明細來證明是你記錯而不是點餐點錯（你可以回去問問你的國小老師那兩個字怎麼唸）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午11點40分打電話去叫水餃，說20分過後可以去拿到了現場12點付完錢跟我說要在等一下等了10分鐘左右餐點還沒好,結果是把我的餐點給別人，然道餐點給客戶不用對單子的嗎，後來店員還說叫我在多等個10分鐘說要在做一份，我是中午都不用休息一直等水餃就飽了，給餐都不對單已經是第二次遇到了希望加強訓練員工一下。
