★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mildly taste, good texture of noodle. Braised beef is nice, so tender. If you like lightly taste, recommended. I just like more rich and flavorful soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small place, not the place you might want to stop and eat if you don’t know about it. Place was almost full but they found me a seat fast; I was the only non-local that was eating there (around 19:15) everyone else was Taiwanese. Food came fast and it was very good: very tasty broth, more beef than soy sauce. The meet was so soft and tender that almost melts as you eat it. At the end they asked me twice if I want more broth with my noodles but it was already too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beef noodle soup here is good but the star of the show is definitely the stir-fried appetizer platter.
The restaurant offers many variations of beef noodle soup, including red-cooked (紅燒) and clear soup. The waiters ask every table if green onions are okay. They have a condiment bar close to the entrance.
The stir-fried appetizer platter is a refreshing take on these traditional dishes. Most places serve these cold, but 72 stir fries them together and makes it an unique experience.
Overall, I would come back here mainly for the stir-fried appetizer plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy Flavorful and delicious soup here. i had the 紅燒, but i think the most popular option is their 清燉 but unfortunately it is all sold out when I arrived for dinner. Some of their side dishes are also famous and worth getting. The meat is tender and delicious as well.

One of the best beef noodle soup in Taipei, I personally prefer the soup. This is my second time here, and queuing is normal.
The staff are really polite, and they serve with unlimited soup when you order the noodle soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most authentic and rich beef noodle soups in Taipei. They are actually famous for their clear broth beef noodle soup, which is stewed for 72 hours; hence the name of the shop. They also serve the traditional braised (紅燒) style. You can order bowls of soup with just meat or just noodles. The second soup refill is free. Be sure to get their stir-fry platter (滷味) with 2 types of tofu, braised eggs, pig ears and peanuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried out this beef noodle restaurant which I passed by many times. The beef is good without being saturated with additives. The tendons are jelly-like, not rubbery, properly seasoned. The noodles are cooked at right timing. Chewy taste. Two comments about the its beef noodles. The soup is over salty probably due to my personal preference. The other comment is the paper bowl which taints the soup with paper taste. Its tofu comes with rich beefy taste. Also the spicy chili sauce comes with fresh ?️ taste. As a side dish the owner/waitress has good service attitude to tell you the possible waiting time and to ask about your preference for noodle texture. Overall it's a good restaurant worthy of another visit.
