連一顆心也不到的公司,真的很差勁,通知我面試2次,第一次約好時間,到了當天卻來電說不適合,第二次確實赴約了,也當場錄取,隔幾個小時後卻來電告知>‘’老闆‘’說我不適合。耍人是公司的招數嗎??我都請好假也告知上級主管錄取其它公司。。。 PS:副廠長很nice,很誠懇。

每間公司都有優缺點,由於這間公司剛創立沒多久當然在制度上一定會比較不健全跟需要改進的地方 在這裡工作很自由基本上都是做重複性質的事情,久了就都會了,只要能夠把工作做好,把自己身為員工的本分做好基本上主管是不會管的太多,當然本身自己有相當程度的能力與該有的工作態度的話公司基本上也是會想要來培養這個員工 在這裡平常日加班算是常態又加上休假制度是週休二 加班的話公司還會負責膳食也不用錢,整體下來真心想賺錢不是要來度日子的人是可以來考慮一下,但假如只是想來度日子過一天算一天的我倒是不建議 薪資部分(基本上在這裡基層員工月領40k以上是很正常的)但就是平常日都要配合加班 目前市面上週休二日又能月領40k的公司基本上應該是不多了 在這間公司你領的薪資多寡取決於本身的工作態度 真的想平常日想多加班賺錢假日放假的人可以來參考看看

貴公司太讓人失望,高層管理辦法真的要去多學習,沒有專業知識,只有責怪在責怪,不會尋找問題所在,錯的都是基層員工。 對於風險評估也沒盡責,一些機具都沒防護措施,基本的個人安全防護器具也沒有! 這樣有在重視員工?看不明白這群所謂的中高層 至於福利呢可想而知,偏袒一些 x高來的,老員工做好做滿沒福利,請問這要怎麼進步,要怎麼上市上櫃,真的很難..感謝已離職!

基層員工領不到3開頭!要一~五都加班總共15小時,禮拜六還要做到8點12小時,4個禮拜108小時,薪資加上加班費才有4開頭?請問這叫福利嗎?別的公司不用加班那麼多也有4開頭? 再來裡面的幹部真的要去磨練訓練再來當幹部,IQ&EQ都沒有..,何謂管理麻煩去上課也好,去看書也好,再來當頭,甚至最上層的也是..俗稱上樑不正下樑歪,這倒是真的。該有的機具保養也沒有實施,該有的保護也沒有?連基本教育訓練也沒有,這樣有去了解員工的感受嗎! 麻煩上級甚至負責人上完課懂的如何帶人,再來帶領底下的員工,基礎的先做好再說吧! 說真的沒優點,缺點倒是很多,因為沒在管理,錯都怪罪於基層,想想看上層如何帶人。
