麻豆便當廠適合待到退休嗎?大致上都會想待到退休,但我從親人的角度看,感覺貴公司想盡辦法讓老員工增加工作增加生心理的壓力,精神快潰堤而自願提早離職。 請問有珍惜老員工嗎?還是只會讓新進員工享有好的對待。 包裝加工區的主管們,時常大聲嚷給老員工難堪,假如線上員工犯錯,只會處置老員工組長扣錢,一扣就上萬,想問犯錯的員工有處置嗎?應該要按照比例懲處,犯錯的員工佔最大,而不是全給該線組長承擔。 一生待在公司,奉獻許多年,說實在要感恩公司給予一個家庭溫飽,但管理人的問題應該不用情緒化對待人。沒錯,作業員只是作業員,學歷沒有大學以上是比較貶低的人做事嗎?沒有這些員工,哪來公司可以持續的營運? 我也曾經待過,但我是工讀生,這間公司給我感覺就是會看輕員工。 想說日商公司不是肯給,怎麼感覺是台商公司? 在下一鞠躬??‍♀️,謝謝。
