★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五塊厝北極殿創立於民國60年(1971)，主祀玄天上帝，奉祀神明有南海觀音佛祖、福德正神、註生娘娘等。五塊厝角供奉之南海觀音佛祖與北極玄天上帝歷時三百餘載，查係由先祖自福建省泉州府同安縣十七都山邊鄉積善里，奉請來台，充為保護神，因神威顯赫，經由公議，於民國60年建廟安神奉祀。
Wukuaicuo North Pole Hall was founded in the 60th year of the Republic of China (1971). It worships the god Xuantian, and worships the gods of Nanhai Guanyin Buddha, Fude Zhengshen, Zhusheng Empress and so on. The South China Sea Guanyin Buddha and the Arctic Xuantian God enshrined at five house corners lasted more than three hundred years. It was investigated by the ancestors from Jishanli, Shishidu Shanbian Township, Tongan County, Quanzhou Prefecture, Fujian Province. The prestige of the gods is prominent, and through public discussion, a temple was built in the 1960s to calm the gods.
