★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻豆番子寮朝天宮創立於民國40年(1951)，主祀天上聖母，奉祀神明有中壇元帥、張公法主、福德正神、註生娘娘、黑虎將軍等。現今廟貌則於民國80年(1991)仲春2月動土興工，廟向坐北朝南，於民國82年(1993)2月慶成入火安座。
The Madou Fanziliao Chaotian Palace was established in the 40th year of the Republic of China (1951). It worships the Virgin Mary and enshrines gods such as Marshal Zhongtan, Dharma Lord Zhang, Fude Zhengshen, Zhusheng Empress, and Black Tiger General. The current appearance of the temple was started in February in the middle spring of the Republic of China in 1980 (1991). The temple faces the north and faces the south.
