★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻豆口保安宮創立於清咸豐4年(1854)，主祀李、池、吳、朱、范五府千歲，奉祀神明有玄天上帝、張公法主、福德正神、註生娘娘等。現今廟貌是於民國85年7月動土興工重建，且於87年11月25日落成入火安座。
Madoukou Baoan Temple was founded in the 4th year of Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty (1854). It worships Li, Chi, Wu, Zhu, and Fan Wufu for thousands of years, and enshrines gods such as Xuantian God, Zhang Gongfazhu, Fuzheng God, Zhusheng Empress, etc. . The current appearance of the temple was started in July 1985 for reconstruction, and it was built into a fire place on November 25, 1987.
