小菜有用心，不是很重口味。
麵體各有千秋
刀切的Q勁，細麵柔軟容易帶湯汁。

Just like the original good taste of Shanhua Store, Madou Store is upgraded to an advanced version. The price is reasonable, the portion is sufficient, and the side dishes are various in style. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵條有分細麵和刀削麵～刀削麵是有嚼勁的那種麵條不是QQ滑滑的那種，個人喜好不同我喜歡軟軟QQ的麵?
牛肉麵好吃～青菜多就是菜有點生生的土味，牛肉QQ嫩嫩的不會太死鹹，價格偏高不過環境舒服?
Noodles are divided into thin noodles and slicing noodles ~ slicing noodles is the kind of chewy noodles, not the QQ slippery kind, my personal preference is different, I like soft QQ noodles?
The beef noodles are delicious~ the green vegetables are a bit raw and earthy, the beef QQ is tender and not too salty, the price is high but the environment is comfortable ?

餐廳裝潢不錯，餐點品項多元，價格稍微偏高，份量還算可以，小菜還算不錯，主餐部分嚐起來味道還算清淡，可以另外調味，整體而言是一家不錯的餐廳(o^^o)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵Q且軟硬適中，是我最愛的口感！湯濃，道地又香氣十足，喝來口口都是滿足；小菜類則是開胃首選，無論是傳統麵店常見的黃瓜、泡菜及滷花生，或者麻辣鴨血，全都真材實料，每次入口都是香氣四溢；捲餅及蘿蔔糕內裡厚實而表皮酥脆，在在都是一時之選。
只要每次南下，我都喜歡路過麻豆；美其名是順路，私心絕對是為了美食，而胡舍就是其中之一。雖然疫情之故，7/31只能外帶，但仍絲毫不影響我對胡舍的熱愛，所以，趕緊重啟營業吧?
The surface is Q and the firmness is moderate, it is my favorite taste! The soup is thick, authentic and full of aroma, and it is satisfying to drink. Side dishes are the first choice for appetizers. Whether it is cucumber, kimchi and braised peanuts commonly found in traditional noodle shops, or spicy duck blood, they are all real ingredients. The first entry is full of aroma; the burrito and turnip cake are thick in the inside and crispy on the surface, and they are always the best choice.
As long as I go south every time, I like to pass Madou; the good name is Shun Road, selfishness is definitely for good food, and Hu She is one of them. Although due to the epidemic, 7/31 can only be taken out, but it still does not affect my love for Hu She, so hurry up and restart business ?
