當初因感冒一直沒好，親戚推薦才跑到麻豆潘耳鼻喉科，結果看一次就改善很多，之後只要感冒就一定來這，甚至我也會推薦朋友家人來這邊看診???
不過這邊不好停車，所以建議要騎機車前往唷！
Careful and professional doctor ?
I went to Madoupan Otolaryngology after being recommended by my relatives. After one visit, I got a lot of improvement. After that, if I have a cold, I will definitely come here. I will even recommend friends and family members to come here to see the doctor???
However, parking is not easy here, so it is recommended to take a motorcycle to go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 謝謝醫生!我是確診者家屬，感謝貴診所配合視訊看診，有些診所非但沒配合，護士也很怕要我們別去。雖然等很久，但是在看完診後去拿藥單時，當時是護理師休息時間，只見醫生一個人忙東忙西，還要接電話回答問題，幾乎都沒有休息。揪感心!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為家人是在週日早上快篩陽性，多數診所不是沒開、就是當日線上問診的名額已滿。問到潘耳鼻喉科時，接電話的人員親切告知可以先加LINE，只是現場掛號的人比較多，醫生會等到有空的時候回覆。
看網路資訊，這間診所週日只營業到中午12點，因還未收到醫生的回覆，所以近中午的時候再度打去確認，看看是否需要排到週一才能問診，但人員回覆：醫生下午會陸續回覆，今天會排到。
果真下午三點半就收到醫生的LINE回覆，並直接開始線上問診了！醫生詳細地問基礎資訊，並在結束後告知可以直接前往拿藥。因不太清楚診所確切的關門時間，所以又撥了電話詢問，沒想到接電話的是醫生本人！看來是在結束門診後加班線上問診的，很感動嗚嗚嗚。
在感染數大幅上升的最近，真的非常感謝台灣能有這樣不辭辛苦為大家付出的醫生，甚至在週日下午還願意撥出自己的休息時間、幫大家線上問診，非常謝謝潘醫生，真的辛苦了！
