★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 希望屋主能好好為臺灣的文化資產考量，希望能不要拆除並妥善再利用這座難得的老戲院，可以去申請老屋修復補助來修繕，許多臺灣的文化資產都栽在建商手中，建商所說的拆除來蓋大樓是對臺灣的文化歷史的傷害呀！
I hope that the homeowners can consider Taiwan's cultural assets well. I hope that we can not dismantle and properly use this rare old theater. We can apply for the old house repair subsidy to repair. Many Taiwanese cultural assets are planted in the hands of builders. The dismantling and building of the building is a damage to Taiwan’s cultural history!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電姬戲院位於臺灣臺南市麻豆區中山路上，當地人慣稱為「電姬館」。該戲院落成於日治時期的昭和十三年，是由當地望族陳臣所興建，而目前該戲院已經歇業。據陳臣之孫陳昇陽表示舊稱「電姬館」中的「電」便是指「電影」，「姬」是從日文本義「公主」引申出「雍榮尊貴」
Dianji Theater is located on Zhongshan Road, Madou District, Tainan City, Taiwan. It is commonly called "Dianji Pavilion" by locals. The theater was completed in the 13th year of Showa during the Japanese Occupation period. It was built by Chen Chen, a prominent local family, and the theater is currently closed. According to Chen Shengyang, the grandson of Chen Chen, the old name "Dian" in "Dian Ji Guan" means "movie", and "Ji" is derived from the Japanese meaning of "princess", "Yong Rong Noble"
