★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創立於日治時期明治17年(1884)，主祀周府千歲，奉祀神明有巫府千歲、張府千歲、李府千歲、觀音佛祖、中壇元帥、黑虎大將軍、福德正神、註生娘娘等。現今廟貌於民國59年改建完成迄今。
Founded in the 17th year of Meiji during the Japanese occupation period (1884), it worships Zhoufu Chitose, and enshrines gods such as Wufu Chitose, Zhangfu Chitose, Lifu Chitose, Guanyin Buddha, Zhongtan Marshal, Black Tiger General, Fuzheng God, Note the birth empress and so on. The current appearance of the temple was rebuilt and completed in 1989.
