★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 方厝寮永安宮創立於民國56年(1967)，主祀周府千歲，奉祀神明有巫府千歲、觀音佛祖、李府千歲、張府千歲、中壇元帥、中陳元帥、方府元帥、黑虎大將軍等。神明原同祀於麻豆西廍永安宮，後因故分遷經雙方協調，周府千歲與觀音佛祖由原永安宮奉祀，巫府、張府、李府千歲則遷至下寮奉祀於1967年建廟於西邊的現址，亦名永安宮，稱為方厝寮永安宮。
Fangcuo Liao Yong’an Palace was founded in 1967. It is dedicated to the thousand years of Zhou’s residence. It enshrines gods such as Wu’s thousand-year-old, Guanyin Buddha, Li’s thousand-year-old, Zhang’s thousand-year-old, Marshal Zhongtan, Marshal Zhongchen, Marshal Fang’s, General Black Tiger and so on. The gods were originally enshrined in Yong'an Palace in Madou West Village, and later moved through the coordination of the two parties. Zhou's Chitose and Guanyin Buddha were enshrined from the original Yong'an Palace, and Wu's, Zhang's, and Li's Chitose were moved to Xialiao in 1967. The current site where the temple was built in the west in the year is also known as Yongan Palace and Fangcuo Liao Yongan Palace.
