The food here is really good. Especially the meat-controlling rice is very unique. It is not the same as other home cooking methods. The meat is cooked in a braised pot. It is not greasy. There is no fat. The whole piece is lean meat-let you bite by bite It won't feel greasy ~ a word ~~~ like it
