也許稍微有些不同
甚至可以凌駕其他日本料理店
沒有小孩吵鬧
沒喝酒吵雜聲
沒有不好吃的餐
缺乏於其他的餐點沒有到味
重點於生魚片及魚類部分
其他餐點就比較隨便點
如果努力一點可以抗衡其他店家
制服及口罩還是需要的
讓顧客看見整齊劃一
也要注意衛生安全

位於佳里區的大船日式料理，在價格上很親民。日本料理講求的是食材新鮮，大船日式料理的生魚片完全是新鮮的咬下去非常柔嫩CP直很高。
綜合壽司也非常好吃，豆皮壽司、花壽司、海苔壽司共6塊。
燒烤類的燒烤松阪豬，肉質也非常細嫩。
炒娃娃菜，也是非常新鮮爽口。五味中卷食材也是非常新鮮，食用時不用沾調味料也非常棒！
最後點了一到味增鮮魚湯兩人份一份五十，服務生幫我們合併成一鍋，就算三個人也喝不完且魚肉也很鮮美甘甜。
言而總之，來佳里用餐如果喜歡或想嚐試日本料理，大船日本料理是不錯的選擇。
