滄海桑田,台江內海東灣中含西魚多、俗稱「突鼻仔」故謂「含西港」。 當時台江內海含西港與直加弄港堪稱二大港,含西港乃貨物及五穀交易之港口、有大帆船入,至少六千人來往貿易,可說人富地庶百姓生活安居樂業。後因江道塞而在今「港墘」之台江內海大帆船只能行駛至「港墘」不得而入含西港,而由小舢舨接至舢舨頭而入。含西港隆盛時期住民有二千餘户,早期先民聚落分佈轄內黑士角、東户、中户、西户、大巷溝、十稜仔、後田堀、宅內、黃麻堀等。道光三年西元一八二三年、七月豪大雨灣裡溪改道,溪水大氾濫連同港口一同毁之。先民也因此遷居至今中州、塭內、蚶寮、樹仔腳一帶。 西元一六四六年青礁海滄吳厝先人欲渡海來台,奉請隨船之三尊金像(二軟一硬體)一同由「布袋嘴」北邊「冬港」海岸登陸。後先向北駐居在今基隆,直到明永曆十五年西元一六六一年,開台聖王攻台時紅兵敗戰北退、民不聊生,先人因南安之故南下帶一軟體金尊(本宮保生大帝)欲從今「安平」登帆回青礁祖宮,怎奈聖王封水路不得而回。在今北門路山坡上搭茅而奉,而隨台另一軟體金尊由凱達格蘭族人迎奉至「龜泵社」後稱「牛磨盤」今稱「大龍峒」之保安宮開基保生大帝,另一硬體金尊流落民間,由民奉祀但今已失落。 西元一六七九年吳氏族人迎請 (本宮保生大帝)寄祀頂大道興濟宮,次年西元一六八○年吳氏族人姻親,本庄黃氏先祖奉迎回本宮至今。 註:民國九十九年(西元2010年)六月五日,本宮保生大帝降駕於高雄大寮保龍宮,諭示:可知吾宮(開仙真宮)歷史,本三靈合同一體,「一在開仙宮」,「二在保安宮」,而另一在此「古佛」(保龍宮醫術真人),是其尋找百年失落硬體同袍金尊。保龍宮乃擇於民國九十九(西元2010年)七月十八日,至本宮展開失散百年同袍會香認親活動。 保生大帝生於太平興國四年西元九七九年名吳夲(音淘)字華基號雲衷。父諱通。母黃氏玉華。紫微星降世,年幼拜蛇醫門下十七歲時待得西王母引渡授岐黃降魔之術,修行於青礁海滄東鳴嶺龍湫坑,宋仁宗明道二年、西元1033年時在龍湫坑修行於東鳴嶺羽化成仙時西元1036年享年五十八歲。族人於龍湫坑立廟為「龍湫庵」。 本宮保生大帝之金像雕塑在永曆元年(西元一六二三年)。金像入神物﹕有(一)羽鳥一隻(二)銅錢十二個(三)文旨一張(四)金龍鈕一粒。入神四寶之用意如下﹕(一)羽鳥是神道羽化必入(二)銅錢﹕是帶年財(三)文旨﹕封為「吳昊天金闕御史慈濟醫寧真君衝應護國真人」。 文旨年代﹕洪熙元年(西元一四二五年) (四)金龍鈕﹕乃衣脈相扣之心、一脈相連之意。 上文「開仙真宮保生大帝沿革」之內容於民國九十二年(西元2003年)五月三十日癸未年 四月三十日 晚、本宮保生大帝降駕指示本宮執事人員奉香奉茶、鳴炮恭迎青礁東宮~醫寧真君諭示生平。 資料來源:開仙真宮官方部落格

In 1646, the ancestors of Wucuo on Qingjiao Haicang wanted to cross the sea to Taiwan, so the three golden statues (two soft and one hardware) that were accompanied by the ship landed on the coast of "Winter Harbor" north of "Budaizui". Later, he lived in Keelung to the north until the fifteenth year of the Ming Yongli period, when the Red Army was defeated and the people retreated to the north when the Holy King attacked Taiwan. The ancestors brought a soft golden statue to the south because of Nan'an. (Emperor Baosheng of the Palace) From now on, "Anping" wants to sail back to Qingjiao's ancestral palace, but the holy king has no choice but to seal the water. Baosheng the Great, another hardware Jinzun who lives in the people, is enshrined by the people but has been lost now. In 1677, the Wu clan people invited (Baosheng the Great Emperor of the Palace) to worship the Ding Da Dao Xingji Palace. In the following year, the Wu clan’s in-laws, the ancestors of the Huang clan in the village, were welcomed back to the palace since 1680.
