★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次回台南都會去吃的一家店，牛肉湯湯鮮肉嫩份量多，牛心牛肝炒的嫩嫩的不會過老，蠻推薦的。
 Every time I go back to Tainan, I will go to a restaurant. The beef broth soup has a lot of tender meat, and the beef heart and beef liver stir-fry will not be too old. It is quite recommended.

Big push cold tripe, the combination with pickled cabbage and shredded ginger is just right, salty and fragrant, very appetizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impeccable, even I couldn't tell the most differences from another traditional. Beef soup offering one pork braised rice for free. Soup is not oily and has some natural sweetness after flavour. Economic options but has to queue if coming late. (recommended as early as possible, better 6~7 am at the weekend)
