Founded in the 6th year of Tianqi (1626), it has a history of nearly 400 years and is the temple of Tandi Village (Taixi). The main worship is to the god Xuantian, and the gods include Qingshui Patriarch, Guanyin Buddha, Zhusheng Empress, Tiandu Marshal, Fude Zhengshen, and Zhongtan Marshal. It is the religious activity center of the villagers of Tandizhuang (Taixi).
