★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本廟所奉主神保生大帝以及中壇元帥、註生娘娘、將軍爺、田都元帥、虎爺、福德正神等。本廟建立於道光甲午（西元1834）年，距今已歷二百餘年之歷史，當時乃係一座草茅所建而權充廟宇，因陋就簡，迨至同治八年，地方人事鑑於如此簡陋之廟宇，實為對列尊神之不恭乃倡議翻修，改為磚造，經一致贊成，即著手整修，未幾以煥然之廟貌，使各尊神得以各安其座，為保佑群黎而顯赫其威靈。
The main deity of this temple is the Emperor Baosheng and the marshals of the altar, the goddess of birth, the general, the marshal Tiandu, the tiger, and the god of fortune. This temple was established in the Daoguang Jiawu (1834) year, and has a history of more than 200 years. It was built in a grass that was the right to fill the temple.
