來學甲賞蜀葵,到鵝肉飯店吃午餐,經過這家麵包店,發現這家小小麵包店,麵包擺放的好整齊,應該口味不錯! 走進一看,小小一間,口味很多樣化,每種口味放一個麵包,麵包前面是介紹麵包名稱的立牌,當麵包售出,媽媽再去後面拿一個麵包補上,保持架上整齊清爽。 經老闆娘介紹才知道,原來是兒子做的麵包,老闆娘負責銷售,麵包使用老麵,不加香料、發粉、防腐劑,自然發酵,是一個有想法提倡健康的麵包師,老闆娘在門市也很用心介紹及佈置。 我買了一個在外面也沒看過的麵包,檸檬布丁餐包,我喜歡檸檬的微酸及香氣,甜度適中,內餡有點像卡士達的感覺,麵包鬆軟,搭配起來味道很好,下次有經過再買其他口味的麵包來試試看!
