★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 民國五十三年歲次甲辰（一九六四），舉行建醮大典，自農曆十一月初九至十二日，一連舉行三天科醮，仁安宮慶成祈安三朝清醮，共設三位斗燈首參與禮拜，由本宮董事長侯吉定主祭，全體董監事等陪祭，丹青藻采，金碧輝煌，庇境安民，仁安弗替，爰誌云爾。
 In the fifty-third year of the Republic of China, Jiachen (1964) held the Jianjiao ceremony. From the 9th to the 12th day of the November lunar calendar, the Kejiao ceremony was held for three consecutive days. A total of three heads of lanterns were set up to participate in the service. The chairman of the palace, Hou Jiding, the chief priest, and all the directors and supervisors, accompanied the sacrifice.
