結果到了沒有煎餃，只好改肉粿
A店員說差小籠包...其他餐點都準備好了
等至19:10...B店員又說蔥抓餅要等很久...
請問提早預訂，餐點缺東缺西，又等這麼久是甚麼意思???
期待你們改進

今天先試試他們的韮菜蒸餃跟蔥抓餅，還是不錯吃

因為大家都說東西好吃
後面給三顆星的原因如下：
可能是新開的店，難免會有手忙腳亂的問題
但維持基本的衛生標準是應該的
剛入座，並沒有店內人員幫座位消毒
可以看到桌面上有明顯的因為蒸汽留下的水漬
及上一組客人的使用痕跡
候餐的期間我拿了餐具跟調味料
筷子跟湯匙沒有洗乾淨
又換了一雙筷子，一樣
後面餐點上了，不難吃，用料算實在
小籠包不是很大顆的那種
但一籠10顆55元，我覺得很合理
最後廚房的排風系統是否沒有很理想
單量大的時候油煙也跟著大
吃到一半真的被油煙震攝住，抽油煙機請加油
以上都是用餐心得，沒有要批判什麼
希望店家可以改善這些問題
如果食物是好吃的
那不要被一些小細節影響整體的分數
加油???

店員回說當下還有
⋯我真的覺得很無言
如果無法控管食材的量
不是應該留下客人電話嗎？
然後因為重點其他餐點又等了將近20分鐘⋯
拿回家發現奶黃包有一顆竟然是這種狀況
而且是硬的?
這不可能裝盒時沒看到吧⋯⋯
電話告知後，當晚老闆親自過來瞭解致歉退錢
工讀生忙碌中出差錯，導致奶黃包蒸過久造成凹陷
以這世道處理方式來說算負責任了
但食材的控管方面還是需要檢討
