★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一聽老闆開口講話就知道這是位重度音樂愛好者，和我接觸過的其他以升學為音樂教學目標的音樂教室很不一樣。
我表示自己目前想學作曲編曲、而不是一般學習某種樂器、參加檢定比賽、考上音樂班科系的類型，老闆馬上建議我往尋找臺南市等城市以及網路上的資源。
我發現老闆不是以賺錢為經營目標，但同時也蠻擔心在現實的生計問題面前，不知道老闆還能不能夠不斷堅持自己的理想？
真心希望新營的音樂產業可以慢慢地有一點點不一樣的發展可能！
When I heard the boss talk, I knew that this was a serious music lover, and it was very different from other music classrooms I had contacted with the goal of entering college for music teaching.
I said that I now want to learn composition and arranging, rather than generally learning a certain kind of musical instrument, participating in a test competition, and entering the type of music class department. The boss immediately suggested that I look for resources in cities such as Tainan City and the Internet.
I found that the boss is not making money as the business goal, but at the same time I am quite worried that in the face of real livelihood problems, I wonder if the boss can continue to insist on his ideals?
I sincerely hope that the music industry in Xinying can slowly develop a little differently!
