★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了網路評論後來訪，以基本口味(鮮肉/韭菜/高麗菜)4元/顆來說，大小中等、內餡相當不錯、皮不會太厚，同時提供的醬油不會死鹹，是值得回購的好店。
After reading the internet reviews, I visited it. The basic taste (fresh meat/chives/ cabbage) is 4 yuan/piece. The size is medium, the filling is quite good, the skin is not too thick, and the soy sauce provided is not too salty. A good shop worth buying back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 復興路原明新水餃，就位在行事低調的蔣家麵館旁邊，自家手工製作的水餃皮薄肉餡、招牌酸辣湯酸鹹適中，環境乾淨整潔。比較可惜的，就是店內提供的蘸料較為單調，所以氣味上表現出的層次便顯得較為平淡些。
The original Mingxin dumplings on Fuxing Road are located next to the low-key Jiang's noodle restaurant. The homemade dumplings are made with thin skin and the signature hot and sour soup is moderately salty, and the environment is clean and tidy. It's a pity that the dipping sauce provided in the store is relatively monotonous, so the level of smell appears to be relatively flat.

就慕名而來一定要來嚐嚐！
幸好沒讓我失望！跟想像中的一樣好喝
而且30塊就很大碗～料也超多
再來店裡的叉燒湯麵 雖然喝的第一口湯口覺得沒有驚艷到
但加了辣油後 發現意外合拍 湯頭也順口很多
讓人一口接一口
水餃更不用說了！雖然小小一顆
但咬下都是爆汁的狀態
非常耐人尋味～
下次一定再回訪
唯一的缺點就是要開冷氣 不然太熱了。
