探	探店水獺 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 實在是不忍心說太多，麻辣燙不是麻辣燙，只是像是在柴魚湯頭上面加了小魚乾辣椒，如果今天說是關東煮加辣可能還比較說得過去，麻辣最基本的就是要有麻（花椒）辣，但這完全沒有做到，且不知道是煮太久還是怎麼了，火鍋料軟爛到沒有口感，甜不辣像豆腐一樣ㄧ抿就碎，真的有些失望，希望老闆可以先去別家滷味和麻辣燙吃吃看，或是搜尋一些關於麻辣燙的做法，進而去改善一下，如果口味再不調整的話，要賺回頭客的真的不是那麼容易，若確定口味上有改善我是很願意再給店家一次機會 I really can’t bear to say too much. Mala Tang is not a Mala Tang, it’s just like adding dried small fish and chili on top of the bonito soup. If it’s oden and spicy today, it might be more reasonable. The most basic of spicy is to have numb ( Huajiao) spicy, but I didn’t do it at all, and I don’t know if it’s cooked for too long or something. The hot pot ingredients are so soft and rotten that they don’t have a taste. The sweetness is like tofu. It’s really disappointing. I hope the boss can first Go to other places for lomei and malatang to eat, or search for some practices about malatang, and then improve it. If the taste is not adjusted, it is really not so easy to earn repeat customers. If I am sure that the taste has improved, I am I am willing to give the store another chance
