★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵條Q軟有彈性，味道濃郁有肉汁的香氣，湯頭也很有味道，只是麵條的香氣蓋過湯了，相比之下口味就清淡了些，非常可惜。
鴨肉很紮實不會柴，帶有煙燻的香氣，吃完也不怕卡牙縫，可香氣還是比不過麵條，肉燥的味道非常棒，我想麵可能是有用肉燥稍微滷過味道才會那麼棒吧！
店內寬敞，桌位很多，適合與親朋好友一同享用，點餐時也可以選擇小菜，比較晚下班的人可以來清華這解餓，清華營業到淩晨，只是周六公休。

鴨肉料理很多。
這次點鴨肉飯及鴨肉羹，小菜選了乾鴨腸。
鴨肉飯大碗60元，但份量真的很大，鴨肉加肉燥配上一點酸菜，味道很搭，吃起來滑順不會太乾。
鴨肉羹，鴨肉好吃，但羹湯部份就覺得沒有特色。
鴨腸很脆，不會有奇怪的味道，算是清爽的配菜之一。
