 Completed in 1977, it was originally called Zhongzhengtang. Later, before the merger of counties and cities, it was renamed "Nanxuantang" to commemorate the disappearance of Tainan County.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原台南縣政府中正堂，位於民治市政中心與市議會中間，純粹作為大型開會活動場所，雖然洗手間略顯不足，旁邊民治市政中心可以充分利用，停車位可擴及民治路旁或公園地下停車場(有收費)，室外鄰近綠都心，風景還不錯。
The former Tainan County Government Zhongzheng Hall, located between the Minzhi Municipal Center and the City Council, was purely used as a large-scale meeting and event venue. Although the toilets are slightly insufficient, the nearby Minzhi Municipal Center can be fully utilized. The parking spaces can be extended to the Minzhi Road or the underground parking lot of the park ( There is a charge), the outdoor is close to the green city center, the scenery is not bad.
