我覺得內行的應該是為了脆脆而來
但如果要排很長我認為還是不值得

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天在新營復興路的吳記排骨酥，旁邊是賣麻油雞的。我買一份大的排骨酥。有超過一半都是筋，骨頭，勉強能吃的肉很少，大部分是咬不動的筋，愛吃排骨酥的我，還沒吃過這麼差的排骨酥! 同樣是這個招牌。
Today at Wuji Fuxing Road in Xinying, there is a sesame oil chicken next to it. I buy a large spare rib crisp. More than half of them are tendons and bones. There is very little meat that can barely be eaten, and most of them are tendons that cannot be bitten. I, who love pork ribs, have never eaten such poor pork ribs! It is also the signature.
