★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 切記!收到貨,不論你多忙,只要外包裝有疑慮,拒收或是備註,新竹物流沒有任何窗口可以改善包裹損害的問題,大部分都是收貨者或是寄貨者認栽,因為反應無效只有各種推託!只能打上去這種評論讓大家稍微注意一下自己的包裹!
司機大哥有的是非常負責盡責,但是往往這樣的人都待不久,內部員工工作態度參差不齊!
我們可以理解司機大哥送貨的辛苦,但是遇到疑慮,我們窗口對「新竹貨運」所以只能麻煩你們協助處理,不是嗎?
「籠車」貼紙根本就是白貼,物流態度就是推託,再三反應,
如果說使用人力搬運而破損可能因為太重很合理,連棧板使用推拉車的包裹都可以撞成這樣,
這個是電子精密零件和外銷體系的車輛,
外銷紙箱是基本上高規格的強度,國外運送翻山越嶺都沒問題了
在台灣本島也撞成這樣、也是不簡單,
這次,新竹物流堅稱「那不是他們的人」,
我想反應的是;你們外包商或是誰都沒關係,
就算外包商,面對窗口也是「新竹物流」
是不是需要協助處理或是改善?一句「那不是我們送的」就是工作態度的引爆點,
從頭到尾,我們只是想反應;這個東西不合理的破損,是不是可以了解改善一下這個問題?
搞得好像我們是很刁鑽的客人一樣!
再來新竹新營所,當下在通話中道出:「因為你們電池常常破損問題,所以你們那裡就不是我們送的」
我想問:「不是你們送的?不然穿新竹貨運的制服,是誰?」送貨司機依然沒有變啊,硬要挑起舊話題!
我是這樣認為,舊話題(電池經常性撞壞,是事實,同個物流,以前沒發生,那時候一直發生,是不是和值得檢討,哪個環節出了問題!?)
我那時候直接電話反應,直接性的,有改善,我認為就是沒問題了!

不得不說,司機大哥也是很無奈,常常被誤會東西是他們撞壞的!我遇到的司機大哥,很老實,不太說話,我想有時候內部作業的失誤也應該有影響他!
