跟老闆兒子同校認識
那陣子只要天氣熱常常會來光顧
阿姨也常常多拿東西來招待
放學也常和朋友待在附近 喝飲料也會選這邊
因為是同學家裡的店 所以材料製作過程阿姨都不藏私 雖然看熬煮過程炎熱難受
但是阿姨遵謹古早製作方式
完完全全真材實料 完完全全可以吃的安心
喝得放心
後來發生事故後
店裡少了一個帥氣的開心果
但是店裡少不了溫暖的感覺
現在雖然出了社會來到台北工作
但是只要經過台南新營一定會去店裡吃一下
或許吃得不是食物了 而是好朋友的回憶
但是其實店裡的冰是真的好吃
最喜歡香蕉油綿綿冰 超好吃

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創業年代於1967年的「華豐冰菓室」,老老闆沈長陽先生為人憨厚,當時他剛設冰枝檯製冰,別人教他用2斤的料,他還是放3斤;教他用 "糖膽" 節省成本,他仍堅持用純糖,老實做生意是他經營冰店的理念,也因此吸引不少從小吃到大的老顧客。店內牆上掛著他與馬總統合影的照片,可見當時有多麼風光。
第二代黃老闆娘接手經營後,為討好年輕族群,除了販售一般茶類單品外也積極研發新冰品,紅茶加香蕉冰的紅茶冰,與綠茶加香蕉冰的綠茶冰,當然我最愛的還是它家那綿密香甜的綠豆冰沙嚕。順便一提,儘管現今物價飛漲,店內依舊延續以手工製作冰枝,這點也是很值得讚許的唷~
綠豆冰沙製作方法:
挑選價格貴約1倍的毛綠豆備用;開水沸滾之後將毛綠豆倒入,熬煮20分後再燜20分,然後以研磨機磨成漿,加入一定比例的糖水拌勻,再倒入製冰機20分後即完成。

After the second generation Mrs. Huang took over the business, in order to please the young people, in addition to selling ordinary tea products, they also actively developed new ice products, such as black tea ice with black tea and banana ice, and green tea ice with green tea and banana ice. Of course, I like it the most. It's still its dense and sweet mung bean smoothie. By the way, despite the soaring prices, the store still continues to make ice sticks by hand, which is also worthy of praise~
How to make Mung Bean Smoothie:
Choose green beans that are about 1 times more expensive for use; after boiling water, pour in the green beans, boil for 20 minutes, then simmer for 20 minutes, then grind them into a slurry with a grinder, add a certain proportion of sugar water, mix well, and then pour in The ice maker is done after 20 minutes.
