★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹽水很有名氣的豆花店，排隊人潮不減，豆花的口感跟傳統豆花不太一樣，是會化開的那種，不過我還是比較喜歡那種綿綿有豆香味的傳統豆花。
不過黑糖粉粿好吃！?

黑糖粉粿很有黑糖香氣，
豆花也清爽綿密，不會太布丁感，也不會太豆味，一切剛剛好的爽口。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近橋南老街，位置明顯易見。節慶或放假期間生意好，若是2人以上同行，建議1人排隊點餐結帳，另一人先找空桌/位，不過環境簡單，大家也都吃完後沒多久就離開了，所以沒有位子時可在旁邊稍微等待空位。店內有販售熱豆花，我點了黑糖粉粿豆花（去冰）。常見的粉粿是黃色的，我第一次吃到黑糖口味的粉粿，沒有想像中的甜膩，搭配有黃豆香氣的豆花，非常可以。原本想買店內推薦的仙草干茶，但老闆說目前暫不販售，只能等待下次。

I originally wanted to buy the dried herbal tea recommended in the store, but the boss said that it is not currently for sale, so I can only wait for the next time.
