★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在旁邊在經營咖啡豆禮品店的菁寮義昌碾米廠，為台南市後壁區的一家碾米廠，興建年代不詳，1948年由梁家買下，1950年創立義昌碾米廠，在碾米場旁亦從事部分米製品加工。2010年1月登錄為台南市歷史建築。
 Now next to the Jingliao Yichang Rice Mill, which runs a coffee bean gift shop, is a rice mill in Houbi District, Tainan City. The construction date is unknown. It was bought by the Liang family in 1948 and the Yichang Rice Mill was founded in 1950. The rice field is also engaged in the processing of some rice products. Registered as a historic building in Tainan in January 2010.
