白河市場內的傳統早餐店家們,我最喜歡這間!碗粿白嫩的粿身鑲著一些紅蔥香菇及肉絲,灑上香脆的蘿蔔乾,再淋上香濃的蒜蓉油膏,我都要吃兩顆才有滿足感(笑) 他們的米糕也好吃,味道也不差唷! 來到白河,想吃早餐,千萬不要錯過市場內的美食唷! 附近也有好吃的鴨肉麵~

事隔三十幾年在去吃,感覺米糕味道有那麼一點點不一樣了。以前跟著母親每天到菜市場買菜,有營業必吃買。如今買了兩大盒回家慢慢品嚐,但發現已找不回小時候的味道了。雖然配料沒變,一樣豐盛,但那個肉湯汁味道已回不去了。還有米糕感覺變得比較黏,沒以前那種帶點乾油亮的口感跟外觀。整個米糕就是粘。

藏身在台南的白河公有市場,裡頭必吃的美食究竟有哪些? 這家《無名碗粿米糕》,味道跟市區真不大一樣!原本看碗粿是白拋拋的樣子,還覺得有點不大習慣~ 畢竟蟲吃永樂市場的《一味品碗粿》已經吃習慣了~ 白河公有零售市場好熱鬧!貓與蟲這天一大早就來白河玩啦~ 為什麼呢?當然是為了當天在走馬瀨的《臺南國際芒果節》開幕活動啦~ 因為開幕活動是在中午,那麼早上肯定要來吃個飽飽! 說到白河公有零售市場,在過去可是歷經風霜呢,在經過民國53年的白河大地震後, 又在56年時遭大火燒毀,爾後才重建完成,逐漸休養,也才有現在繁榮的景象囉~ 而裡頭必吃的美食有哪些呢?像是有碗粿、鴨肉麵、豆菜麵、春捲、草魚粥等等, 就帶貓與蟲一一補齊吧! 今天吃的是一間沒有名字、招牌的《無名碗粿米糕》,看到餐台上那一碗一碗擺得整齊, 又散發陣陣米香的碗粿,怎能不停下貓步嗑上一碗呢? 等 ... 等等!不是只吃碗粿嗎? 碗粿、米糕、豬血湯全上啦 其實貓與蟲才剛吃完位在白河中山路上的《大籠包中西式早餐》呢 好啦~既來之~則安之;既點之~則食之吧~ -白拋拋的碗粿、滋味大有來頭 白拋拋的碗粿,口感是真Q啊~米香也很足,上面加了菜脯增添口感, 話說用篾仔(竹籤)吃碗粿是有學問的,不該是把篾仔當湯匙來挖, 而是要先用篾仔把碗粿順著碗緣畫上一圈,將碗粿跟瓷碗分離, 再用篾仔把碗粿切十字(或者更細),待上頭的醬汁順著切縫流入深處的碗粿,就能大快朵頤了~ p.s. 蟲這邊為了拍照美觀,就少了第一個步驟,直接切一塊來拍照啦~ 碗粿質地細緻而Q彈,原以為白白的會沒啥味道,但細細品嚐後,才是陣陣米香的逆襲~ 菜脯則是在口感上起了畫龍點睛的效果~ 米糕表現也棒棒的,上頭的肉燥以瘦肉為主,吃起來不會柴,配著一咬就會滲汁的香菇吃超讚! 糯米的硬度炊得恰到好處,軟中帶Q、醬香也有充分吸附在其中,大口扒起來吃太有快感了! 豬血湯的份量也不少~這餐真心飽啊!

自己最喜歡吃的米糕,每次回到白河必吃的米糕店,配上一碗豬血湯更好吃。
