店內冷氣蠻涼的
餛飩湯麵端上桌的時候
一位男性的大拇指有點沾到湯裡面...
湯頭聞起來有濃厚的豬油味(大概吧 還是什麼油耗味)
喝起來覺得很油膩
麵條和餛飩則是不錯吃
臭豆腐完全不油膩
外皮炸到有點硬而且有點厚度
裡面就很嫩
搭配微甜的醬汁和不會辣的泡菜吃起來很清爽

Originally a shop that promoted stinky tofu, now there are only fried wontons, and the crispness of a bite is really amazing! The pork liver soup is also put in water spinach, sauerkraut and shredded ginger, which is what I like; the fried sauce noodles are just fine~
