★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 康熙六十年（西元一七二一年），鴨母王朱一貴起兵反清，崎仔頭住民派出十九名義民軍協助清軍平亂，因功績顯著，至雍正帝時御賜賞金，以為慰勞該義民之英勇，義民把該款移作建廟，奉祀趙子龍及文衡聖帝，鄉民們甚為感念，並奉其牌位永念義民之功績。
In the 60th year of Kangxi (1721), the duck mother king Zhu Yigui launched an army against the Qing Dynasty. The residents of Qizaitou sent 19 civilian troops to help the Qing army quell the chaos. Because of his outstanding achievements, he was rewarded by Emperor Yongzheng with a reward. For the bravery of the righteous people, the righteous people moved the section to build a temple to enshrine Zhao Zilong and the emperor Wenheng. The villagers are very grateful and honor the merits of the righteous people forever.
