★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區為林地,的確是私人住所! 光是由社區到鄰近東山車程近30分鐘。生活機能相當不好,據說:68戶,實際生活住戶6戶,只有... 土地謄本,沒有地上建築登記! 共計200坪,100坪為公設,另100坪為住戶實際使用坪數? 室內坪數為38坪 (含) 增建部分,不到1成的戶數要價490萬,很心動... 卻因戶數人數不足1成而作罷,沒有實際的圍牆,雖是獨棟建築!!
