★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯親切，驗車員態度差多了，沒自覺自己錯誤，還認為都是顧客錯，其實只有多檢查一下就會發現我有新保險卡，與客人的應對能力有待加強，一顆星是櫃檯小姐替他一直道歉，應該是小老闆吧！
 The counter is kind, and the examiner’s attitude is much worse. I didn’t realize that I was wrong, and thought it was the customer’s fault. In fact, I have a new insurance card only after checking more. The ability to cope with customers needs to be improved. The young lady has been apologizing for him, she should be the little boss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次及第二次到民鈿驗車員工皆未依照排隊順序檢驗就算了！第二次驗完車才出廠馬上就發生故障。明明不是驗車項目卻隨意使用還未復原，驗完車出廠我要復原就碰上故障？檢驗員表示故障都不甘他們的事，要怪就怪車子舊，但今天不是檢驗項目卻被驗車員未經同意使用而損壞只能自認倒楣！？想到此驗車務必三思！寧願跑遠點也不會再到此驗車！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年是說煞車不夠緊，所以要驗第二次，結果保養廠說已經最緊，幾乎沒調整原封不動再去一次，就驗過了⋯⋯今年是亂動車上設定沒有協助還原，回家過一陣子才發現，希望可以更細心一點⋯⋯
