In the forty-six years of Kangxi (1707) in the Qing Dynasty (1707), Li Yong, Zhi County, Zhuluo County, General Zhang Guotong, and Ouyang Xi, an official, donated land and was named "Guanyin Palace". It is the same as the "Baotou Temple" with Maogang Weitianhou Temple and enjoys an important position.
