★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如杯子上所述、嫩又幼。安平的豆花很軟嫩、但這裡的又更上一層樓了。不過鮮奶豆花感覺豆味比較淡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家外觀不是很起眼，但位在柳營區公所對面的位置蠻好找，來柳營就是要嚐嚐鮮乳豆花，口感細膩，價格不貴，有點像奶酪，但味道並不如鮮奶酪的那種醇厚，加上黑糖蜜的微甜感還蠻好吃，也可以加上紅豆讓味道更多層次。

The taste is delicate and inexpensive. It’s a bit like cheese, but the taste is not as mellow as fresh cheese. It is quite delicious with the slight sweetness of black molasses. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FB上看到人家強烈推薦而來的，點了“鮮乳豆花加紅豆”一杯35元，豆花味很香，紅豆好吃。可是沒有到那麼“非吃不可”狀態。果然好不好吃都要自己嚐過才知道。
