★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佛山觀音巖創建於日治時期昭和11年(1936年)，為台南縣一貫道溪北最大道場，最早為木造建築，後因主體老舊由信徒捐地倡議重建，今貌則為民國92年增建完成。廟宇主祀觀音佛祖、玉皇大帝和瑤池金母，其規模相當宏偉。廟前的觀音埤水波瀲灩，相傳是過去荷蘭人為了在此造窯燒瓷，因此圍堵山澗成池，作為灌溉之用，後人以其位於佛山觀音巖旁，便以「觀音埤」稱之，而廟宇所在的小丘也因而被稱呼為「觀音山」。
Foshan Guanyinyan was founded in Showa 11 (1936) during the Japanese Occupation. It was the largest dojo in the north of Yiguandao, Tainan County. It was originally a wooden building. Later, due to the old age of the main body, the believers donated land to propose reconstruction. The current appearance was increased in 1992. Completed. The temple worships Guanyin Buddha, the Jade Emperor and the Yaochi Golden Mother, and its scale is quite magnificent. The Guanyinpi in front of the temple is swaying. According to legend, the Dutch used to build kilns and burned porcelain here, so they blocked the mountain stream to form a pond for irrigation. Later generations thought it was located next to the Guanyin Rock in Foshan and named it "Guanyinpi." The hill where the temple is located is also called "Guanyin Mountain."
