★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1967年營業至今的豆菜麵老店，聽長輩說原本開在鹽水傳統市場裡面，之後才移到現址，一份豆菜麵加一碗豬血湯，就是我回鹽水爺爺家的早餐首選。
外帶是用塑膠袋裝，醬油和麵條就是本體，就算有些麵條無法均勻沾到醬油，還是不減他的美味，絕對是簡單又讓人意猶未盡、回味無窮的好滋味！
The old bean curd noodles restaurant opened in 1967. I heard from the elders that it was originally opened in the salt water traditional market, and then moved to its current location. A bean curd noodle with a bowl of pork blood soup is my first choice for breakfast when I return to my grandpa's salt water. .
The take-out is packed in a plastic bag, soy sauce and noodles are the main body, even if some noodles cannot evenly dip into the soy sauce, it still does not reduce its deliciousness. It is definitely a simple, unexhausted, and endless aftertaste!

但，一試成主顧！
