★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了一個在台中沒吃過的「雞蛋紅豆牛奶冰」居然真的有一顆雞蛋很驚奇，吃起來蠻奇妙的，因為加了煉乳和冰底本身也有點甜的關係所以味道像是甜的冰半熟蛋，可是我真的覺得很好吃！
吃冰的過程中一直有客人來買「紅茶冰」引起好奇，所以吃完冰也買了一杯紅茶冰邊走邊喝，沒想到出乎意料的好喝，紅茶是幾乎沒有甜味但是茶香很濃的類型，但因為裡面有加剉冰的冰底所以有點微甜，喝起來很消暑卻不會很甜膩，希望台中也能有這種紅茶冰！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹽水に来たら必ず食べたい地元名物の月見かき氷「雞蛋紅豆牛奶冰（ジーダン・ホントウ・ニュウナイ・ピン）」です。甘い小豆餡と練乳の上に、なんと生卵が乗っています。混ぜるとトロトロで新鮮なミルクセーキのような味になります。雪花氷のようなきめ細かい氷です。おそらく甘みの無いミルク氷で作られているかもしれません。
有名店は２店舗ありますが当店が一番おいしいと思いました。台湾かき氷の中で最もオススメしたいものの一つです。
