湯底堅持天然不使用化學添加物,每日微調使用新鮮食材所以可以喝到湯頭不同風味。
搭配羊肉的蔬菜為當季盛產會變換,料理美味沒有負擔。
店主十分親切,與之閒聊可以感受到對食材天然的堅持。
羊肉湯內搭配青木瓜,非常特別美味,一定再訪。

名副其實的祖傳羊肉,是一家三代一起經營的在地老店,平價而美味!
羊肉沒有羊騷味,當歸湯的中藥味清淡,我覺得滿順口的,也很清甜,羊油麵線軟Q,淡淡的羊油味就算不敢吃羊的朋友應該也容易嘗試,炒羊肉的沙茶味不會太重,搭配白飯很不錯,而炒飯我覺得比較普通,飯偏濕潤,不是我喜歡的炒飯口感!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「一府、二鹿、三艋舺、四月津」,鹽水舊昔與安平、鹿港齊名,為台南最古老的聚落之一。從早上的豬頭飯、碳烤雞蛋糕,中午過後的月見冰、紅豆餅,下午時分的煎包、臭豆腐、豆簽羹,一直到晚上的意麵、羊肉湯,不諱言,如果想嚐鹽水美食過癮,來廣場前搭個帳篷保證能從早吃到晚。
現任老闆從父母手中接手後,因為個性海派,擁固定客群,入夜後生意更是不錯。其實煎包隔壁也有家 "土產沙茶牛羊肉" ,可是自從有了這攤之後,生意失色不少。我打個岔,來這用餐時不妨作個觀察,多年來老闆有個原則,生意再忙,也不會讓店內其它幫手掌鍋。其實老闆就不太希望讓部落客多作介紹,畢竟先前就早有媒體找上門過,卻一一被拒絕,老闆真的超有guts!~
這幾年從鹽水三角窗遷移至康樂路自家門口營業,儘管店面處在巷內不甚明顯,饕客亦會按圖索驥前往,絲毫不減在地美食魅力。
推薦菜色:羊油麵線、沙茶羊肉、羊頭肉湯、羊睪丸湯(補氣聖品)
