整體來說,口味就一般般,點個餐上菜慢就算了,而且店家態度也不太好,不會再去的店!

經典菜色「紅槽肉」必點的「胡家豬頭飯」兩兄弟,早期都在鹽水點心城內,哥哥賣肉丸、弟弟賣飯。目前經營為弟弟胡瑞銘,他自12歲就開始洗豬頭、賣豬頭飯,由第一代林胡玉阿嬤開業,原以為老來有子媳接手,無奈媳婦早逝,兒子天天醉,擔子落到當時才十來歲的他身上,現在已經傳承到第四代,繼續延續這古早味作法,而哥哥的肉丸攤也移出點心城。 《稻米小常識》(傳統豬頭飯為在來米) 馬關條約簽訂,台灣割讓日本,日本人來台灣之後,發現台灣產的稻米(秈稻米種也就是在來米),米粒鬆散、口感較硬、不粘,並不合符日本人的口味,於是日本統治階層便委託台北廳農會引進日本的米種在台北縣市(新北市)各地試種,而位於陽明山竹子湖的中村種稻米最成功,當時的台灣總督伊澤多喜夫將米命名為「蓬萊米」,並推廌至全台,由於種植「蓬萊米」有外銷日本的商機,於是漸漸的臺灣農民和臺灣人便逐漸的習慣米食以「蓬萊米」(粳米,口感較粘、具彈性)為主,而漸漸的在來米已逐漸的變成製粿的原料為主,除非炒飯等特定用途,已較少有直接以在來米為食材的米飯。 (附上遷移前舊照)

Not from local doesn’t like it a lot. The rice very try and not juicy sticky type. Side dishes also not good quite salty.
