豬頭飯本身是以豬頭大骨+豬肉熬煮的高湯來煮白飯，所以白飯本身會有一鼓淡淡的香味，不過飯體本身煮的太乾了，影響口感，有些人會比較不能接受
其餘小菜比較令人驚艷，價位也更不貴
