★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃過全台上百家的三媽，這家的口味平淡沒香氣沒令人驚艷，也許各家的手路有所不同， 大腸臭臭鍋的大腸小小薄薄的4小圈像豬小腸沒咬勁(但比新營店剁碎碎好)， 此家大腸臭臭鍋沒有蛤仔，別家有的有，也的也沒有，各家配菜不一樣，韮菜太硬不嫩，菜底是用便宜的高麗菜，沒有高麗菜的味道(硬硬括抬的)，全台三媽店都考慮成本問題，大都用便宜的高麗菜。

唯一小缺點，夏天可能冷氣不夠強，火鍋店一定要冷才能挽住回頭客。
