黃帝神宮主祀黃帝道祖，據廟碑記載，戰後，於臺南縣永康鄉有位郭老福先生，乃一農夫，某日突覺雙眼玄翼，晝夜不分，並於夢中經道祖慈喻聖示其乃具慧眼之士，應奉道修行，後再臨台南市安南區長安里新寮濟世於民，信眾沾恩。迄候，分靈至善化人士陳辰平居士之壇，至民國71年(1982)建宮，並於民國75年竣工落成。
Establishing History:
The Yellow Emperor's Shrine is dedicated to the Yellow Emperor Daozu. According to the temple monument, after the war, there was a Mr. Guo Laofu in Yongkang Township, Tainan County. He was a farmer who suddenly felt his eyes and mysterious wings on a certain day, regardless of day and night. Yu Shengshi shows that he is an intelligent person and should practice Taoism. After that, he will come to the people in Xinan, Changanli, Anan District, Tainan City, and believe in grace. To date, the altar of Chen Chenping, a philanthropic person, was built in 1982, and completed in 1975.
